I once emailed Kelloggs an idea for a new packaging design for cereal boxes. The idea was a milk box shape that poured out the cereal (like a milk carton does) and you didn’t have to roll down the cellophane bag after opening because the cello bag was glued to the spout. Anyhow, Kelloggs emailed back and stated that they do not accept any soliticies. A few months later I saw the milk shape on one of their products ( and they did it wrong) I was amazed.
